Joe Druga

To Whom it may concern:

When an individuals’ ministry touches the lives of countless people, you know they have been successful. But, when measuring the success of a persons’ ministry, you have to look at the glory they have brought to our Heavenly Father, and Joe is most faithful in living his life for our Heavenly Father.

During my four years with Joe, he constantly, and consistently poured into my life spiritually which, is completely necessary when living your high school years. I specifically remember Joe quoting James 4:8, when he could tell I was struggling in my walk with Christ. As a minister Joe not only connected with our entire youth ministry (which exceeded 200 youth) but our Church family as a whole. His uniqueness as a motivator is what kept youth and adults alike continually striving to study The Word of God. Joe is one that youth feel comfortable talking to about their struggles in life, and Joe is more than happy to listen, pray, and walk you step for step through struggles, as God uses Joe in these matters.

On more than one occasion Joe brought the word of God in a Sermon to the congregation on Sunday mornings, and never failed to have an extremely powerful message. God speaks through Joe better than anyone I have ever met, which is something you can’t teach, it is a God given gift. When God opened the door for Joe to move to Florida, I was devastated and didn’t think there would ever be another minister that connected with me as well as Joe does. It turns out, I was right, I love my current youth ministers, but, Joe just has something special about him that sets him apart from any other.

As a letter of recommendation, I have been a little bit unconventional in the way I went about writing this, but I feel that it is important that you get the feel for the type of person Joe is, by hearing just a few minute details about the incredible ministry God has created via Joe Druga. Joe will bring a sense of leadership, and creative ideas to your Church family, and it will be a positive change that will make drastic changes in the lives of people.
I promise you, if you miss out on Joe, there won’t be another one like him come along. Joe will connect with every child, parent, and adult resulting in a stronger, God loving, God sharing, God serving, Church congregation.
